Hi, my name is Wannessa. I am a Life Coach, as well as an Integrative Energy Healing Practitioner, that helps women break free from their struggle with limiting beliefs and low self-worth, to embrace their true self with self-love, and to confidently take action on the dreams placed on their hearts. I am currently working with clients breaking free from their Mother Wound in order to let go of the past, release resentments, to break free from the emotional power their narcissistic mothers have over them, and to harness more peace and success in life.
I once had a mother wound so big that it affected ever area of my life - my mental health, my social life, my marriage, and my aspirations. I began working on healing my mother wound (and sexual trauma) at the age of 10. And even though I achieved great progress by the time I was 25, it wasn’t until I was pregnant with my first born at 31 that I broke open and decided “enough was enough.”
Today, I am writing you FREE from the emotional pain, emotional suffering, and mental self-sabotage I fought with for decades. I am at peace in my mind and in my heart with my mother, my childhood, and myself. I relish in the greatest manifestations in my life - my soulmate husband (here’s to 15 years of unconditional, conscious, and timeless love baby!!), my boys (the most amazing people I’ve ever met!), my brother and sister (seriously, the first loves of my life) and my soulmate friends! Everything else is just extra fun. In my quest to heal, I gravitated towards people who embodied the peace, the love, the confidence, the mindset and healthy relationships I knew was best for me to heal and to expand. And, here I am: I love me! I love life. I love bigger and I have greater faith in all that I can accomplish (and all that you can too). I live this frequency every day & I help other soulmate clients achieve the same. You may wonder what I did? (Hint hint: it doesn’t need to take you decades to heal your Mother Wound like it did for me)
